affectionately called Prophet Ann, is a Native of Charleston SC and has lived in Sumter SC for the last 30 years.  She is the Wife of Tommy L. Frederick, the mother of three Adult children and the grandmothers of four granddaughters, two grandsons, and one great-grandson.
Angela was born again in 1977.  After Living a committed Christian life, and serving in many informal ministerial roles, she acknowledged her call to minister and was licensed to preach in May 1990, Ordained in May 1994, and was affirmed Prophet in August 2008.
Dr. Angela holds a Bachelors degree in Organizational Management from Morris College, Masters of Religion and Masters of Divinity Degrees with an emphasis on Church Ministry from Liberty University Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Regent University with a concentration in Leadership and Renewal.
Dr. Angela along with her husband, Apostle Tom, founded Love Covenant Church in Sumter, SC in 1994 and continues to equip that body to forcefully advance the Kingdom of God.  Over the last 20+ years, many have experienced the anointed, life changing and impactful prophetic ministry of Prophet Ann.  She looks forward to the expansion of her ministry as she serves as adjunct faculty in the field of religion for Saint Leo University.
Dr. Angela directs the Anchor Bay Evangelistic Association Women’s ministry.
